What are your Shipping prices?

Our shipping prices vary and are based onweight and delivery location. In the first page of checkout you can easily ‘estimate’ the charge with the productsyou have placed into your cart.

Our shipping rates are very competitive and if you sign up withour newsletter you will be notified of our promotions which include “free shipping” promotions.

For all orders over $250.00 shipping is Free!

If I place an order, what is the expected time of delivery?

We ship our orders on Monday to Friday. For orders placed in Australia, expected delivery is three working days. For international orders, regular postage can take up to 14 days.

We ship products between 24 – 48 hours from receiving the order.   However, if you place an order on a Friday, weekend or on a public holiday your order will be shipped on the next working day.

How do I order if I am unsure about sizes?

All our products have a size guide. We highly suggest you measure yourself and compare your sizing against the charts provided.

All of our shoes have been individually measured by European Wardrobe to provide customers additional security and assurance when ordering a product.

Also, please note that we provide on full priced items only a full refund, exchange or credit note should the size be incorrect for you. On our sale items, you are entitled to an exchange or credit note.

How can I track my order once shipped?

All orders dispatched within Australia (registered and/or express) are sent with a tracking number and can be tracked online with the service provider.

For all International orders, unfortunately Express Postage only an be tracked if selected as your option for shipping.

Do you offer Insurance?

For orders placed within Australia, we currently do not offer insurance on all our products, however it is available for some of our products and is stated in the product information.

If you wish to have your product insured, please contact us at info@europeanwardrobe.com.au within 12 hours of placing the order.

For international orders, we provide insurance on all our products.
