Purchases, Returns & Shipping Policy                



PAYMENTS

We accept payment by Paypal, direct deposit, cheque or money order.

Please ensure that your name and invoice number is stated in the subject heading when processing the payment. If payment is made by cheque, please note that an order will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared.


LAYBYS


We accept Laybys.

Upon placing an order you must leave a 25% deposit to hold your item. 

You have up to 6 weeks to contribute funds to your purchase before you pay for it in full. Once the product has been paid in full, your order will be shipped directly to you.

Our Layby offer applies to all items over the price of $200.00.

After the 6 weeks, should you require an extension (an extension will be provided for a short period only), please email us at info@europeanwardrobe.com.au


OUR RETURNS POLICY

1. European Wardrobe will only accept a return of a product if we are notified of a product to be returned within 14 days.

2. An email must be forwarded to info@europeanwardrobe.com.au with "Item Return" in subject heading stating the reason for the return.

3. For sale and/or clearance items, an exchange or credit note only will be provided.

4. For full priced items, European Wardrobe will provide a full refund, exchange or credit note.

5. In all cases, the product returned must be in its original condition. The product will be inspected on return.

6. A product will not be accepted for a return once the product has been worn and/or the tags have been removed.

7. A customer returning a product must pay the postage cost of returning the product to us. 

The product must be returned to European Wardrobe Pty Ltd, c/ 81 Robeson Street, West Preston, Victoria, Australia 3072.

8. If the product is to be exchanged, the customer must pay the postage cost of delivery of the new product to the customer.

9. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the product you are returning.

10. The product/s are your responsibility until they reach European Wardrobe.

11. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WITH THE PURCHASE OF EARRINGS.


DAMAGE TO PRODUCT

12. All products are inspected prior to dispatch. 

Should a customer receive a product which has been damaged, please contact us immediately and within 14 days by email 

at info@europeanwardrobe.com.au

13.  An exchange or credit note only will be provided. No refunds are available.

14.  Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning the product to us.


ALL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE that should you exceed the time limit of 14 days within which to notify European Wardrobe of a product to be returned, European Wardrobe will not accept the return.


SALES AND DISCOUNTS

Discount codes cannot be used on items that are on sale and/or clearance.


SHIPPING

All orders are dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of payment received and/or funds cleared.

All orders are sent via the postal service with Australia Post.

On orders over $250.00 postage is complimentary.
